CNC Plasma Cutting

Plasma cutting is a process used to cut through electrically conductive materials such as steel. The process involves using a jet of ionised gas at temperatures above 20,000°C to melt and expel material when forming the desired cut.

We use a state of the art Ficep Gemini plasma cutter with high definition cutting head and CNC control systems to deliver amazing accuracy, ensuring a clean finish and high standards to meet your individual specifications.

Additional benefits of the accuracy of our plasma cutting service are that we minimise the waste produced, meaning we have a significantly lower environmental impact, and we can keep our costs highly competitive.
