Metal profiling, also known as profiling, is a metalworking process that involves cutting or shaping metal sheets or plates to create custom profiles. This process is used to achieve specific shapes, designs, or patterns, making it highly versatile in various industrial applications.

At IMS we provide our customers with a service that can quickly and accurately process steel using the latest CNC machinery and oxy cutting / profiling techniques.

Our lines can easily handle large area plates of up to 8 m x 2.5 m, with plates of 4 m x 2 m available from stock. One-off and large-batch jobs can both be processed efficiently.
