In October, IMS held a week long Kaizen Event on customer service.
We had employees on the event from all areas of the business contributing to discuss and implement an improved service for our customers.
The team together discussed areas of improvement within the business to ensure our customers receive the best customer service from IMS.
Mel Latham who has recently been appointed as Customer Services Manager at IMS commented:
